Titan tandem assembly

The assembly offers thanks to the pendulum function excellent ground adaptation. 

With the central storage of the springs in the middle of the unit, uneven floors can be optimally compensated.

Fliegl Gigant assembly

In the case of the Gigant assembly, wheel guidance is achieved via the springs and their bearings. Each wheel is therefore guided individually. This has the advantage of achieving a high level of stability and excellent travel behaviour.

Fliegl GigantPlus assembly

The GigantPlus assembly is maintenance-free and mounted on rubber segments. The chassis is designed for particularly high axle loads. Especially at high speeds and cornering vehicle buckling is avoided, thereby ensuring maximum stability. 

The assembly is also equipped with trailing arms. This further improves stability and handling.

Jumbo GigantPlus

The Jumbo GigantPlus unit is suitable for farms with very hilly areas.
The axles are above the parabolic springs, which leads to an extremely low centre of gravity. The vehicle is about 20 cm lower than with an installed GigantPlus suspension. 

Boogie SB floating assembly

The Fliegl Boogie SB floating assembly promises high slope stability. The assembly also features perfect ground adjustment thanks to central storage and large pendulum compensation. Extreme bumps or difficult field entrances are no obstacles for this floating assembly. The Boogie SB also guarantees quiet roadholding with the highest travel safety at the same time. 

Fliegl air suspension

The air suspension gives the driver the highest possible level of travel comfort. Especially on the road, this unit is unbeatable.

Uneven floors are easily compensated. 

Optionally, the vehicle can be raised or lowered completely, which is highly advantageous, especially for change systems (e.g. changing from ASW to a tank). 

A Lift axle is optionally available depending on the vehicle type. A starter booster, with which more load is transferred to the tractor tail, is also available on request.  

Hydraulic axle suspension

The hydraulic axle suspension optimally distributes the wheel load. The pressure from the bottom of the tank is shifted in the optimal manner, which avoids strong localised compaction. This chassis offers the highest level of travel comfort. Maximum stability is achieved when travelling on steep slopes. 

The vehicle height can be changed by this chassis. (can be used with change systems)
