Fliegl spreaders optimise the distribution of various materials. The chosen material is applied evenly, accurately and efficiently with a fully variable spreading width. The effectiveness of the fertiliser increases, while the need for expensive mineral fertiliser drops considerably. The powerful spreading technology easily processes cattle and poultry manure, sludge, compost, lime, etc. All Fliegl push-off trailers can be easily retrofitted with a spreader in a matter of minutes. This enhances the versatility of the ASW by transforming it into a professional spreading solution. The spreader is powered mechanically by the PTO. The vertical rollers deliver outstanding performance.

Fliegl's range of spreaders includes the Profi, Profi V2, the low-mounted Profi V2n and the heavy-duty V2 Tiger. The maximum spreading width of the Profi is around 22 metres, while the Profi V2 offers between 18 and 27 metres. All spreaders feature a galvanised sliding gate as standard. On the Profi V2 spreaders, the feed rate is adjusted via a mechanical  potentiometer as standard, with customers also able to opt for the torque-dependent Vario Sens control system.

The loading height can be reduced by means of the folding side walls, which lowers the side panel height by 500 mm. The spreader bearings are easy to maintain via a central lubrication system, while the smooth-running, low-maintenance slinger minimises gearbox wear and is resistant to foreign bodies.

The German Agricultural Society has tested the Profi V2 spreader in combination with an ASW 271 and awarded it the DLG test mark for its distribution of stable manure. Good results were achieved at a spreading rate of 10 t/ha, with distribution quality rated as very good at the higher rate of 30 t/ha. In longitudinal direction, the calculated coefficients of variation are in the very good range, with values approaching 10%. For both equipment versions and discharge rates, dilation within the tolerance zone is at a high level of around 70%.
