Compact Power Meets Maximum Stability: The New Standard for the TMK 200 S Jumbo
Transporting heavy bulk materials such as gravel, sand, or dense soil places enormous demands on both equipment and operators. Maneuvering across rough terrain or dumping on uneven ground generates extreme torsional and lateral forces throughout the chassis. Fliegl has responded with a new axle concept that eliminates mechanical weak points in the most demanding applications. The integrated BPW rigid walking-beam suspension provides an exceptionally low center of gravity, significantly improving stability during dumping operations.
Combined with the two rigid axles and the proven BPW 410 x 120 mm drum brake system, the trailer delivers outstanding directional stability and reliable braking performance. On the road, a continuous hydraulically suspended drawbar for a low hitch ensures a smooth ride. The drawbar is height-adjustable to suit different towing requirements while effectively absorbing shocks and vibrations during everyday transport.
The Fliegl TMK S Series: Pure Durability from 13 to 31 Tons
The TMK 200 S Jumbo is part of Fliegl's comprehensive heavy-duty trailer lineup. Under the “TMK Heavy Duty” name, Fliegl offers a complete range extending from the compact TMK 130 S to the flagship TMK 375 S PROFI. The series covers gross vehicle weight ratings from 13,000 kg up to 31,000 kg and has been specifically engineered for uncompromising performance in heavy construction and demanding agricultural applications.
At the heart of every heavy-duty model is an exceptionally durable dump body built from high-strength steel. Depending on the model, including the TMK 200 S Jumbo, the dump body floor is manufactured from wear-resistant HB 400 to HB 450 special steel, while the side walls are constructed entirely from high-strength fine-grain steel. This combination ensures that even sharp rock, coarse aggregate, or sticky wet clay cannot compromise the trailer over years of intensive use. The dump body retains its shape and smooth interior, allowing material to unload cleanly without residue, even after years in service. Long-term corrosion protection is provided by Fliegl's hot-dip galvanized Profi frame, which comes standard on nearly all models in the series.
Standard Equipment and Tailored Options for the TMK 200 S Jumbo
Fliegl equips its heavy-duty dump trailers with a practical, jobsite-ready specification right from the factory. Standard equipment on the TMK 200 S Jumbo includes a hydraulic rear tailgate with gravel discharge function, three recessed pairs of tie-down lashing points integrated into the dump body floor, a dual-circuit air brake system with automatic load-sensing brake control (ALB), and a hydraulic parking jack.
To match the trailer to individual operating requirements, Fliegl also offers an extensive range of options. The gross vehicle weight rating can be increased to as much as 21,000 kg (at 40 km/h with a 3,000 kg tongue load). In addition to the standard drawbar eye, hitch options such as the K80 ball hitch and Piton-Fix are available. For improved flotation and reduced soil compaction – or maximum traction in muddy conditions – tire sizes can be upgraded to as large as 650/50 R 22.5. Additional options include modern LED lighting, extra marker and position lights, and an integrated rearview and monitoring camera system with a 7-inch color display.
